Rask psykisk helsehjelp (RPH) is a municipal low-threshold mental health service for adults (you have to be at least 18 yrs old).

Our services are short-term and mainly based on courses. RPH is suitable for those who have relatively recent and minor mental health problems for which they have not received treatment previously.

You will find us in Kommunegården in Sandvika, and you don’t need a referral to get in contact with us. Most of our offers are free of charge.

We offer several courses and talking groups (only in Norwegian). We offer English speaking citizens self-help programs in English.

To learn more about this have a look at this website

If you are interested in getting access to one of these programs, please send us an e-mail:

In Rask psykisk helsehjelp we also offer some people short-term individual (talking) therapy. Unfortunately, we will not be able to meet everyone at their request. If you are in need of therapy for a longer period of time, we recommend that you discuss this with your general practioner (fastlege).

If you want to get in contact with us you can either call us or fill in our digital form below. After filling out the form we will contact you after 1-2 weeks for further appointments. In periods of high demand on our services, there will unfortunately be a somewhat longer waiting time.

Form for "inntaksskjema"
